TERMS & CONDITIONS :

1) Please read the TERMS & CONDITIONS clearly before you place your order with us. Once order is placed, we assumed you already read and agreed with it.

2) First come first serve basis applied due to we have limited of stock.

3) Serious buyer only will be served.

4) For pre-order garment, 50% deposit required. Please allow 5-7 weeks for all pre-orders; ready stocks will be received the next day after payment received.

5) We do not accept neither exchange nor refund for any imperfection garment. Example : colour fading after wash, minor stains or inner stains, buttons not well secured, imperfection in tailoring and etc.

6) Refunds will only be made if items are out of stock.

7) The garments shown in our website might slightly differences with the actual garment in terms of colour due to lighting in photography/ setting of monitor.

8) We do a high inspection before the garment sent out. Garments are 100% in new and good condition.

9) Accessories are not sold together with the garments.

10) We will not held any risks of missing or damage during delivery.

HOW TO PURCHASE :

1) ORDER - Place your order with us thru friendster message or email : lulala@live.com.my

2) CONFIRMATION - Once order is placed, we will proceed your order and you will received an email from us to confirm it.

3) PAYMENT - You may make payment within 3 days thru Maybank after you received our confirmation email.

4) SHIPPING - Once payment received, item will be ship via pos laju/courier within 3 working days based on normal business day.(Except weekend and public holiday)
