1. All products imported by Top 2 Toe Beauty Queen are genuine products supplied by the original manufacturer in the same country of manufacture & are in the brand new condition.

2. Customer satisfaction is our priority, therefore items will be checked carefully before deliver.

3. Items sold are not exchangeable nor refundable. However, you may contact us if the item found fraud within 3 days of receiving the item.

4. All our products are ready stocks. However, it is sold at 'first come first serve' basis. Whoever makes payment first will get the items first.

"We(Seller) will fully refund in case of stock out situation"

How to Order:-

1. Kindly drop your orders by leaving us a message stating your name, email address, handphone no., address, items & quantities (Please note that address & telephone are the mandatory part, kindly double confirm to make sure the correctness)

2. You may also order via email at top2toebeau@gmail.com. (The email shd include Name, Address, Handphone, Items & Quantities)

3. We will send you a confirmation (via email or sms)within 24 hours after receiving your order.

4. Payment must be done within 3 days upon receiving our confirmation of order. Otherwise, items will be open to others & buyers will be blacklisted. We will sent you bank details together with confirmation of order.

5. Please contact us a.s.a.p after payment is made, stating your order no. & bank in details (amount, date & time). You may contact us via email or sms us at 012-2624727.

*Please retain your bank in slip in case of dispute*

6. Items will be sent within 3 days after payment made.

7. Buyer will beared their own postage costs.

Postage costs(Flat rate):
Peninsular = RM7.00 (FOC with purchase of RM150.00 & above)
Sabah/Sarawak = RM10.00 (FOC with purchase of RM200.00 & above)
(Sent via Pos Laju or Skynet depends on area)
