About Me:
About me? Oh my. You name it and I probably like to do it. Reformed marathonner and triathlete who is always searching for post-back-sugery back-friendly activities. Yoga, pilates, cooking, making things, d.i.y projects at home, book club, trapeze, volunteer work, international travel (adventure travel and developing nations), cartwheels, being a good girl, being a bad girl, dancing (sometimes well, sometimes like a fool), laughing, movies, plays, theater, live music, snuggling, weekend brunch with friends, hosting dinners, sounding board for friends, playing board games, smile inspirer, willing accomplice, fire starter, cheeky-monkey, spider-fearer, bacon-eater, animal-lover, tutu-sporting (on any occasion), hiker, camper, crazy driver, dog petter, knows where the limits are and when it's good to push them. :) I wear glasses almost every day.. funky glasses, I have over 13 pairs in my regular rotation. I'm addicted to signing up for sporting events that I am in no way qualified to do. Then I tell everyone my lofty goals. Then I'm stuck training like crazy, but I always come through. I also love home improvement projects, especially painting and replacing toilets. Can't wait to try tiling. I love to paint (walls, not art, unless you want a solid color mural). I have a hard time sitting around doing nothing, and tend to overbook myself, but am always in the market for new friends and exciting adventures!

interesting and a blast to be around.
She has helped me out in many
situations--she just a good friend.
I've seen her in action on a Habitat
trip to Africa and not only can Sherri
mix cement, she can lead a team of
people who are culturally different.
She's constantly challenging
herself...whether it's running a
marathon, completing a triathlon or
traveling to a far away place that
she's never been to. I'm lucky to call
her my friend!
disarming smile, Sherri is a one-woman
powerhouse of activism. She builds houses
for the homeless, runs marathons for
diseases, and, better still, encourages
everyone around her to share in her
enthusiasm, her optimism, and her strength.
I'm proud to call Sherri my friend. She's one
of the most admirable people I know.
