Kristin Stewart was born and raised in Los Angeles, California, where she also currently lives with her family. Her father, John Stewart, is a stage manager and television producer who worked for Fox. Her mother, Jules Mann-Stewart, is a scriptwriter who came from Sydney, Australia. She attended school until the seventh grade, and then continued her education by correspondence. She has an older brother, Cameron Stewart, and is an avid surfer and guitar player. A fan of rock music, her favorite bands include U2, Radiohead, The Beatles, The Specials, Laura Marling, Green Day, Nirvana and Beck. Stewart has expressed a desire to live and work in Australia, saying, "I want to go to Sydney University in Australia. My mom's from there."

PLOT:
In the much-anticipated sequel, Bella (Stewart) recovers from the vampire attack that almost claimed her life and looks forward to celebrate her birthday with Edward (Pattinson) and his family. However, a minor accident during the festivities results in Bella’s blood being shed, a sight that proves too intense for the Cullens, who decide to leave the town of Forks, Washington for Bella and Edward’s sake. Initially heartbroken, Bella finds a form of comfort in reckless living, as well as an even-closer friendship with Jacob Black (Lautner).
