About Me:
I take pleasure in the little things-cozy sunday mornings with homemade pancakes and the newspaper, refreshing autumn walks through the brisk air and crisp leaves, coffee ice cream with a chocolate cookie, the first note of a symphony, a day when I feel like I've learned something and accomplished something, the view from top of a mountain after a long hike, dancing even when nobody else is.

was Indian or Arab. I later found out
she was Jewish, but I was already stuck
with her as a friend. Just kidding- and
at least she's semitic, or sapphartic,
or whatever.. But yeah. Sarah's pretty
cool.
sarah. it seems like ive known her
forever. in high school we used to
pretend to be better smarter and more
worldly than everybody else. we had a
secret envelope in her locker where wed
save up and pool all the money two high
school kids could acquire in a few
months and then go out to some absurdly
expensive restaurant and blow it on a
sophisticated dinner of stuffed
portabellos and pumpkin ravioli. the
first time we got high (is that not,
after all, what worldly people do?), we
listened to REM and ate gummy
worms. "everyone walks the same
expecting me to step the narrow path
they've laid they claim to walk
unafraid I'll be clumsy instead...help
me when i fall to walk unafraid I'll
trip, fall, pick myself up and walk
unafraid"
