Phil is a man... he is a straight man... but he is also all sensitive and sometimes mushy. Ladies love phil because he dresses nice and he can hold his liquor. Ive only known this cat for about a year and a half now, and hes always making people laugh. If youre considering Phil for a friend, I recommend it highly.
