That is the good shit. Because you are vegan (why, god, did you have to take another one, why!), this is a great substitute for parmesian cheese. It tastes great on salads and is pretty cheap, you can get it at some health food stores and it tastes pretty good too. Hmm, or maybe you were vegetarian. Eh, it's still good, still good.
