About Me:
I wasn't sure about this whole "Friendster" thing, so I was initially using my online alias "Jack Weistey" to foil the stalkers and spammers. That explains the references in my testimonials. I guess I'm ready for "the next step", and am now using my real name (honest).
WhoAmI? Well supposedly you're either a cat person or a dog person. I'll take unconditional love and slobber over cold indifference and hairballs any day of the week, thankyouverymuch.

Who I Want to Meet:
For starters, if you want to be friends, we should shoot some pool, and chat over a beer.
I'm back on the Central Coast on temporarily. Most of my long-time friends in the area are married and busy with their families. I'd love to meet some cool local people to do fun stuff with -- movies, farmers market, thrifting, hikes... that sort of thing.
ALSO: I like to cook, and I love to eat well. It'd be great to meet some local folks that are foodies and would like to explore some of the (seeminly scant) culinary offerings in the area. Maybe get together and cook a meal?

Testimonials and Comments for Steve
the straw)
jack's the best in the west.
he can pass 'bout any test.
if you're down and out in bed,
he will make you fresh cornbread.
if you're dry as a thistle,
he'll be sure to wet your whistle.
if you need a little laugh,
he can always do the math.
he's the host with the most,
and he sure don't ever boast.
don't you want him as a friend?
he will be there til the end.
real name) is one incredible dude.
Just watch him for a while, and you'll
see. He'll raise the dead on sleepy
summer saturday and sweet talk
them into driving two long hours
north for a lovely day at his secret
spot on the river. He'll make a dear
friend laugh so hard that she busts
her stitches wide open after she's
just had abdominal surgery. He'll
extol the virtues of
squiggles-and-lines and
zeroes-and-ones with the best of em.
He'll knock your socks off with one of
his world famous five course meals,
then take care of those bare feets
with an expert almond oil foot
massage. He'll spot quality and style
from more than a mile, whether it's a
cuppa joe or a treasure in a heapa
trash. Plus he'll make you feel like
sunshine even when it rains 'cause
he's the host with the most and an A
#1 always-abundant source of love
and attention. What more could you
ask?
When he says he's going to do
something, he gives 110% to make it
happen. Be careful of what you ask of
"Jack" (not his real name) because you
might just get it.
generally spectacular guy. He cooks gourmet
meals with a power that Sauron himself would
fear. A kickass print designer, "Jack" should
know a lot more about web design but would
rather build a car for Burning Man. Despite
this he does have some tech chops, most of
which he picked up from me, ahem. In a
nutshell, he's one of the kindest men I know
and the best friend I could ask for. Money
back if not delighted!
