Cool (just ask the Lowest of the
Low.) Being her roommate gives me the
qualifications to say that she is g-r-
r-reat! Even if she is a math dork,
wears white in winter, and sometimes
dares to make fun of me, I still love
her! And you should too.
enthusiastic people I know. Despite the
fact that our relationship got off to a
rocky start in 4th grade (namely due to
the fact that both of our mothers
pressured us to be friends despite our
professed dislike of one another), 5th
grade jump-started our actual
friendship through mutual participation
in an advanced math group. (Yes, we
were, and still are, nerds.) During the
past ten years Carolyn and I have
shared a plethora of adventures, and I
definitely would not be the person I am
today (for better or for worse) without
her around to make me laugh, offer her
shoulder when I cry, and serve as my
partner in crime in all things yeast
cake related!
