when u are conducting a practice sana lagyan nyo ng rubber matt un sahig kung san man kayu ng practice pra kahit na may bumagsak eh di ganun grabe ang mangyayri. safe lahat.

sa costume think more creative pa. try to ask sa mga designers mraming student sa adamson na magagaling pagdating sa design.
at un sa t shirt na pang P.E. Sana nman palitan ang panget kasi ng print at mas may da best na color pa in accordance sa blue and white. almost 3 years ng ginagamet un y dont change it to the better design ng shirt pra pag nxt year mas maraming magsuot ng ganung t shirt.pagdating ng UAAP CDC. kasi un iba nahihiya kasi hlatang pang P.E. so i-upgrade un design.

kelangan pa ng mas ma tinding sacrifice, discipline and more harder training...
kasi as wat i saw in the previous performance sa major competition kulang tayo ng floor routine, theme at alignment. magpakiramdaman po kayo pag nag peperform na kayo kasi hindi pantay un alignment ng mga squads. dapat sabay-sabay din sa pag galaw ng katawan..give more on gymnastics yan ang nagpapaganda sa floor routine. at hirapan nyo pa un steps nyo, it seems na dali lang at kahit sino pwede gumawa ng ginagawa nyong steps. sa pyramids take time to post pra nakikita un wholeness. theme of course pra marecognize kung what is all
