About Me:

www.bagwiscollective.org- friends' band that i manage. we're all pretty cool in here! Other than that, kulitin si housemate Natalia. She can tell you pretty much everything about me, from the habit with the car keys to the manatika and the hours and hours of seremonias before leaving the house. Aside from that, I really require no firlls, just belly laughs and fun conversations... and good music!
I think I heard the best "about me" thing today from my sister, Mia (the only firendster fiend in the family). She said, "Anns, maybe you've come to a point in life that you're starting to be okay with the fact that you will never be cashmere cardigan twinset, but you are a home-knit, home-spun, fuzzy, cowl-neck sweater with a crocheted brooch pinned on it, and that's great. That's okay." I had to post that one here. It hits home... Boys, forget about decoding the Anthropologie catalogue-esque jargon, okay?

Who I Want to Meet:
Rem Koolhaas, Frida Kahlo, & Enrique Norten (Ten Arquitectos), and Shah Rukh Khan. I thought I was so over him, but the fact is he is the only guy to ever endorse Lux (to mark the anniversary of its presence in India). For that, King Khan rules yet again! Also, Hella Jongerius. She's a genius! Suketu Mehta makes it here, too! He is the cultural anthropologist's equivalent of a rock star! But old and new friends and acquaintances are most welcome, too.
