Okay I'll admit it... I'm a Momma's Girl! She's my ABSOLUTE EVERYTHING!

I'm funny... silly... got a good sense of humor. I can make you feel comfortable when we're talking together... I can make you feel like we've known eachother for years. I'm seriously fun... but I'm also very serious... I'm a person you can't label & box in. But in truth what is the real me?

I'm basically all about trying to master and manifest unconditional love. I'm outgoing... yet I love my alone times. I'm unique... very passionate... a philosopher... love to talk... very creative... geniune... a really good and true friend... I'm loyal... and have never left a friend... and will always be welcome to friends coming back. I will be there for you until the end of time... no matter the measure!

I'm a flawed individual... I sin... I make mistakes... I'm sorry! But a person who is on a journey to bettering myself Spiritually, Emotionally, Philosophically, Intellectually, Physically, Socially... and of course personally.

I'm looking to make new friends and learn from them... as well as teach them. In this school called life... I'm all about living in a glass half-full, positive, rose colored glasses... magical and beautiful world. Everyone in my world makes every breath I take worth it. And I love you all for it!

I'm very liberal... yet I'm very conservative. I'm both! But don't be prejudice coz I can hang on both wings... the Left... and the Right. Even when the Right can be wrong and the Left can be right. I have very liberal views on many issues... and I have very conservative views on many other issues. So you can't exactly put me in the middle.... yet you can. LOL! Don't box me in... I'm not about that. I use to be loyal to political parties... YES! I supported the Republicans... YES! I supported the Democrats... YES! I supported the Independents... YES! They all are a bunch of bull! So while I'm registered in a certain party... I am not blindly loyal to it.

I'm open-minded... yet principled and steadfast in my beliefs... yet open to changing my mind. Don't assume you know me... because like a Gemini... I'm a bunch of people and personalities. Just don't box me into a label... coz I debunk every lable and system out there. I'm April-Liesel. But if there is one thing you can label me as... I'm strong & spiritual! I'm very strong & spiritual... and I refuse to let anyone in this world take me away from inner happiness. I refuse to let anyone rain on my parade. Yes... many have won battles... but by the time I leave this earth... I can say, "I came! I saw! I conquered!" I refuse to let anyone including myself detour me from that which is mine.... and that which I am trying to manifest and master... UNCONDITIONAL LOVE!

Live each day like Christmas and each night like New Years Eve. Dream Big... Think Big... Live Big... Attempt To Do The Impossible... because by the time you've breathed your last breath... you'll know you've made a difference!

THE INVITATION

It doesn’t interest me what you do for a living.
I want to know what you ache for
and if you dare to dream of meeting your heart’s longing.

It doesn’t interest me how old you are.
I want to know if you will risk looking like a fool
for love
for your dream
for the adventure of being alive.

It doesn’t interest me what planets are squaring your moon...
I want to know if you have touched the centre of your own sorrow

if you have been opened by life’s betrayals
or have become shrivelled and closed
from fear of further pain.

I want to know if you can sit with pain
mine or your own
without moving to hide it
or fade it
or fix it.

I want to know if you can be with joy
mine or your own
if you can dance with wildness
and let the ecstasy fill you to the tips of your fingers and toes

without cautioning us
to be careful
to be realistic

to remember the limitations of being human.

It doesn’t interest me if the story you are telling me is true.
I want to know if you can
disappoint another
to be true to yourself.
If you can bear the accusation of betrayal
and not betray your own soul.
If you can be faithless
and therefore trustworthy.

I want to know if you can see Beauty
even when it is not pretty
every day.

And if you can source your own life
from its presence.

I want to know if you can live with failure yours and mine

and still stand at the edge of the lake
and shout to the silver of the full moon,
“Yes.”

It doesn’t interest me

to know where you live or how much money you have.
I want to know if you can get up
after the night of grief and despair

weary and bruised to the bone

and do what needs to be done

to feed the children.

It doesn’t interest me who you know
or how you came to be here.
I want to know if you will stand
in the centre of the fire
with me
and not shrink back.

It doesn’t interest me where or what or with whom
you have studied.

I want to know what sustains you
from the inside

when all else falls away.

I want to know if you can be alone
with yourself

and if you truly like the company you keep
in the empty moments.
