The mission of Bay Area Young Positives (BAY Positives) is to help young people (26 and under) living with HIV/AIDS live longer, happier, healthier, more productive, and quality-filled lives. The goals of BAY Positives are to work with individual HIV positive young people to:

1. Decrease the sense of isolation.
2. Reduce self-destructive behaviors.
3. Advocate for themselves in the complicated HIV/AIDS medical care system.

BAY Positives delivers an array of counseling, case management, and other support and active linkages to care with other San Francisco youth agencies.

Services are provided within a setting that offers a safe haven where HIV positive youth can drop in to receive any support they want when they want it.

We can be totally inappropriate but we take confidentiality very seriously.
