I stopped blaming myself for everything that happens in the world and instead try to make them better.

I stopped listening to people who say mean things about me... i
nstead of letting them hit I let them slid off of me like jello.
And then I laugh.
I laugh as much as possible everyday.

And when I cry, I don't shame myself, I just let it happen.
When I make a mistake, I appologize and try to retify the situation, and if I cannot, I forgive myself and move on.

Sometimes I'm selfish and I don't berate myself for being selfish, because it's okay to do things for yourself and to make yourself happy too.

I didn't have friends for a long time, because I was so afraid of what people would think of me.
ღღღberkisღღღ
But then I let that go and realised it doesn't matter who likes me as long as I like me. And if I like me, then so will others, but they'll like me for me, even if it takes a long time to find people like that, it will be worth it when you do, because then you'll like them for them too.

I seize the day and try to live life to the fullest.

I wear what I want to wear and do as I want to do.

I try new and exciting things.
ღღღberkisღღღI pay attention to the world around and see beauty in everything, even the smallest things. If I can't find it at first glimpse, I dig until I find it. Including myself.

I spend time with people who love me and whom I love and not people who are mean to me.

I spend time by myself.

I make new friends.

Everyday I tell myself that I'm a good person and that everyone around me is a good person too.
