        Byron E. Burke has worked in the music industry for over twenty years,
        serving as the Co-Executive Vice President of the music division for Prelude
        Music & Film Works that released the 1998 motion picture for New Line
        Cinema, "Lost In Space", as well as co-writing and producing music for Atlantic
        Records, East/West Records, MAW Records, Maxi Records, Strictly Rhythm Records,
        Continue Music (Germany), Road Runner Records (Germany), Defender Music (U.K.),
        Strictly Hype, Bright Star / Dance Maina, Chicago Traxs, Capitol Records,
        Universal Records and Columbia Records.

        Mr. Burke attended Stanford
        University in Palo Alto, California, studying development and management of
        start-up businesses and raising venture funding.

        His music career
        started at the age of 12 at Frederick Douglas's Junior High School on the
        Westside of Chicago playing trumpet. At the age of 15, he started djing with
        some of Chicago's top DJ's like: Farley Jack Master Funk, Steve Silk Hurley,
        Shaun Robinson, Eric "The Wizard" Saxon, Mickey ' Mixing" Oliver, Jesse
        Saunders, Pharis Thomas, Tyree Cooper, Fast Eddie, Kenny "Jammin" Jason, Lil
        Louis, Terrible Ted, Ricky Lenior, Harry "The Blade" B, Mike Dunn & Ralphie
        "The Razz" Rosario.

        Mr. Burke was the creative force behind Ten City-an
        early 1990's dance group leading to global sales of 1.2 million records. He
        co-wrote and produced two albums entitled, Foundation and State Of Mind for
        Atlantic Records, one album entitled, No House Big Enough for East/West Records,
