Brother Marvs is a former student-activist who became a full-time Bible Teacher in 1997 and a part-time Network Marketer in 2001.

When his single Mom died in 1965 when he was 16, Brother Marvs lived off the streets of Malate and Blumentritt in Manila, Philippines selling newspapers during the day and washing passenger jeepneys from ten p.m. to twelve midnight and, when he thought he had saved enough money, enrolled in college to pursue his dream of becoming a journalist. But, since his funds were not enough to get him past even just the first semester, he quit school and joined the "underground Movement" full-time and eventually came back to "normal life" two years after Martial Law was declared in his country in 1972.

Discovering Christianity in 1991 and network marketing 10 years later, and having found in them the "freedom" he was longing for, he has since become relentless in his renewed passion to help others realize their own dreams of spiritual and financial fulfillment. Today, the "Pagkanlungan Family" has carved a small niche in the network marketing industry in the Philippines, continuously helping factory workers, ordinary employees, professionals, plain housewives, working students and overseas workers achieve financial freedom and time freedom through network marketing.

At present, Brother Marvs and his family are Independent Distributors of ALLIANCE IN MOTION GLOBAL, INC.
