I love running on roads and trails, bike rides on paved roads and single track, treks up mountains and any trail worth hiking, and I also love to sing and play the guitar.

Flanagan's Run

I watched Chariots of Fire countless times, then there's On The Edge which is a trail running movie based on the short but challenging Dipsea race featuring Bruce Dern, there's also this movie appropriately titled The Long Run about the Comrades Marathon which is South Africa's toughest road race run over a distance of approximately 90k, the cycling movie American Flyers with Kevin Costner doing this race in the Rockies called "The Hell of the West" continues to excite me, and Bruce Lee! Hattaaaah!

Folk, country, rock, Dylan, Baez, PPM, Neil Young, James Taylor, Simon and Garfunkel, Don McLean, Jim Croce, The Band, Lynyrd Skynyrd, BTO, Led Zepellin, Deep Purple, Queen, Eric Clapton, Bob Marley, reggae, blues licks on guitar and harmonica/blues harp, Metallica. This list could just go on.

Mr. Bean. Who doesn't need a laugh?
