CDOtaku is a peer-based, friendly and interactive community dedicated to bringing together enthusiast of Japanese culture, particularly those interested in anime, manga, dorama, eiga, music, games, nihongo, among other things.

As a Peer-based community, CDOtaku hopes to bond together all otakus from Cagayan de Oro City and the neighbouring places; to allow them to come in contact with people who share the same interests and passions; and to make sure that the products it provides is for fans by fans.

As a Friendly community, CDOtaku is committed to the promotion of goodwill and respect among its members, where everyone is equal; to foster a sense camaraderie and friendship; and to discourage any behaviours of arrogance and one-upmanship.

As an Interactive Community, CDOtaku provides a platform wherein members can exchange their ideas, artworks or any other special skills; learn more about Japanese culture; share, trade, buy/sell hard-to-get materials and collectibles. CDOtaku is particularly dedicated to organizing events and activities where members can meet with other members in person.
