somehow I don't see her in Atlanta, not
whatsoever, at any time, for nuttin. But that's OK,
we'll always have New York. Our time together
there was the closest I've ever come to living out
one of those repressed Victorian novels where the
two main characters know they're hot for each
other but can't seem to shatter the barriers of
class and circumstance. Sigh. Well, if we stay true
to the novelistic form, we'll run into each other in
Florence when we're just past midlife and we've
left -- or been left by -- our respective lovers.

Boston. He is still cute and still
looks young (damn you lol) despite no
longer being a twinkie.
He does make great crab cakes and
buttermilk fried chicken and grilled
portabello mushrooms and, somehow,
everytime he visits I wind up buying
another kitchen appliance or gadget.
And, oh yeah, he definitely knows his
way around a parking garage (inside
joke) :)
