About Me:
The Student Council is the legitimate center of power of the Student Body. It is the highest policy making body in the college that performs its duties and responsibilities to serve and be of a good example to its constituents.
It is the voice of the students. It encompasses the values of a morally upright and excellent-wise leadership that concentrate on the students' needs for academic freedom and empowerment.
It is a council of students whose simple wish is to encourage students to exercise their rights to live in a learning institution imbibing the morale and spirit of commitment to serve and lead in the college.
It is an independent, pro student group that will fight for the interest and needs of COC students.
And lastly, it is a family of people working for the betterment and total growth of the whole COC community- dedicated to serve the studentry for a more competitive and globally excellent institution.

Who I Want to Meet:
We welcome all COC students to our office. We would be happier to hear stories from you, be it inspiring, problems in the class, family matters, and other social issues.
We also welcome with fiery heart the sponsors and activity partners who would like to share their part in making our projects and plan for the year a success.
Those interested students who wanted to form their own groups are also commendable. The Council would be glad to help you in making your group recognized and accredited for the purpose of serving the students better and realizing our vision to be an outstanding college.
