How To Become A Member:

If accepted:

1. Put the CE's Official Badge in your profile.

2. Be active in the groups discussion and also in the comment section.

*FREEWILLS

- We don't require everyone to put the tag [CE] in their names, it's up to you guys if you want to add it or not.

- We don't require everyone to submit their photos in the CE's Photo Albums. If you want to let others know you're one of us, then feel free to submit a photo of yours in the appropriate album. However, if you're going to submit a photo, make it one copy only. More than 1 photo will only be deleted.

- We don't require everyone to send us a fansign.

Rules:

1. Strictly NO FLOODING!!
- Let's give everyone the chance to get their posts read by other members. Flooded comments will only be deleted (we'll only leave one copy of your comment). Don't be hard on yourself and on others as well =]

2. Respect each other's privacy.
- If you want to ask for someone else's cellphone number, YM id and the likes, don't ask it HERE. Go to the user's account and ask himher there.
- No posting of CP numbers and also YM id in the comment section and threads (please refer above)

3. Don't be TOO BOASTFUL
- We don't like to have any heated arguments here, so let's be kind with each other.

4. You must add all the officers.

5. You cannot post oversized photos that will destroy our page. (it means you can post photos that could fit inside the comment box and it SHOULD be related to the group) Ideal photo size is only 340px in width, any height would do.


6. No SPAMMING
- Meaning, no one, even the officers, is allowed to post a comment consisting of two minimum words only like "Hi CE!" "Kumusta kayo?" and the likes as long as they're only two words. Make your comment long and full of sense :)

FAQS:
1. Why do we need Photobucket Account?
- this is where we'll going to post the previous winners of our competitions. Of course we know that we cannot possibly put the winner's banner here in CE's profile FOREVER, because a new winner will come and we'll need to delete the banner, but with the help of Photobucket, we can store the banners FOREVER, say we wanna revive the old feeling of being a winner lol! :)

2. What can we post in the Photobucket Account?
- Everything, as long as it's related in CE :)
