I am currently responsible for the whole strategic implementation and business operations in The Republik Cinta Management (RCM). RCM is a professional company dedicating its businesses mainly in managing professional activities of Indonesian musicians, singers and other artists related to music. The main mission of RCM is to develop the capabilities and professionalism of Indonesian singers and musicians, so that they are consistenly capable in delivering excellent performances to their audiences and fans. Some musicians and singers that currently join RCM are Dewa 19, Andra and The Backbone, The Rock, Dewi-Dewi, Mulan Jameela (formerly Mulan Kwok), and The Snow White. In its business operations, RCM strategically develops partnerships with several prestigious label/recording companies (EMI Indonesia, EMI International Hong Kong, Pelangi Record, etc); enhances cooperations with various TV and radio stations (SCTV, RCTI, Trans TV, TPI, Indosiar, AN TV, Global TV, TV One, etc.); and sustains excellent business links with professional national and international event organizers. Furthermore, in line with its main business line, RCM also builds a franchising system for "The Rock Cafe", unique type of cafes with rock music characters.
