I'm a true Washingtonian, born in NW DC and raised within the borders of the DC Metro Diamond. I'm very close with my family and am fortunate that the majority of them still live in the DC Metro area. I enjoy spending time with Smith, my Chow Chow/Keeshond mix that I rescued/adopted. There's nothing like coming home to a smiling face and a wagging tail. I enjoy doing a lot of different things ranging from playing/watching sports (I'm a big college sports fanatic), going to the theatre to see a show or musical, or sitting at home composing music on my grand piano and cello. I'm just as content having a quiet evening at home as I am going out with friends and dancing the night away. During the winter of 1995, I lost a very close relative which made me realize that life was too short. It is amazing how something like this can alter one's way of thinking and living. I consider myself a very laid back person and cherish every minute I have with my family and friends. I try to live by these words that Mark Twain wrote, "Dance like nobody's watching; love like you've never been hurt. Sing like nobody's listening; live like it's heaven on earth."

I'm always looking to meet new people. I believe that one can never have too many friends and I am fortunate to say that I have one of the most amazing group of friends and we always have a great time together whether it'd be traveling to S. Florida, going to a Nats game, or out shaking our butts on the dancefloor. Each and every person in my life means the world to me and without them life just wouldn't be as fun or exciting.
