A LOVER of NATURE, youth, family, and community...

I worked for an environmental non-government organization whose aim is for the conservation and protection of our unique home “EARTH”, particularly here in the Last Ecological Frontier of the Philippines, Palawan my Second Home.

NATURE is needed to be protected and conserved because we strongly believed that our home is really in danger…

I used to be a mentor for the less fortunate YOUTH of the island and for the academe to discover and develop their talents and be the next future young advocate for environment…

I developed two books for ecology and was published in 2005 and 2007, and we used these ecological books for our environmental restoration program in our partners’ communities in the island…

I handled a local radio program in AM Station every Saturday and we usually discussed the issues, challenges and development for the environment so that people might be aware on the present status and condition of our ecosystems…

I’m a freelance writer, trainer for the youth (like theater, gender sensitivity, leadership, write shop and team building as well as basic ecology)…

I love to value the FAMILY which I believed that this is the real foundation for the children’s to become a better youth of today’s generation and be the hope and the future of our mother/fatherland…

I’m inspired to be the bridge of the COMMUNITY and be their partner and an instrument for SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT program that they don’t have to compromise their environment…

And that’s me EdongDugong Magpayo, born to be a SOLDIER OF NATURE….A MENTOR FOR THE YOUTH…A BRIDGE OF COMMUNITY AND A LOVER OF FAMILY….

PEOPLE who are sensitive to the NEEDS of other, PEOPLE who are open for COMMUNICATION....PEOPLE who are willing to settle challenges, PEOPLE who are BRAVE in pursuing his/her DREAM in life...and finally PEOPLE who love environment (not required) but if YOU are, much better...
