i used to patiently to pick up broken fragments and glue them together again and tell myself that the mended whole was as good as new... i now realize that what is broken is broken... and I'd rather remember it as it was at its best, rather than mend it... sometimes i still see sparks of the future i once foresaw... it will be bright once again.
