购物流程/ HOW TO PLACE ORDER? Choose the items from album -> send us stating code#(With or without code is acceptable), goods description, colour, quantity, receiver's name, address, H/P no. -> Our customer service will send confirmation mssg to u mentioning total amount & banking details -> goods will be sent out via courier service within 24 hours after payment is received (delivery 1-2 working days)for those item that with stock available.

***NOTE ON PRE-ORDER ITEMS***
There is two cut-off date for pre-order items. (everything 15 of each month; and second call will be on 31 of every month)

Pls place your order before 15 of each month OR 31 of ecah of month; closing time is 5pm and MAKE PAYMENT WITHIN 24 hours(CIMB BANK; MAYBANK).

Order will not be proceesed if we do not receive the payment. Kindly inform us after bank-in and remember to keep the transaction slip with you for verification purposes.

No person in person hand over items; Buyers are required to use our selected saved continent courier service company.

FLOWER ORDER:
Same day delivery if orders are received before 12:00 noon. Malaysian time on weekdays and Saturday (GMT+8.00), excluding Malaysian holidays and special occasions.

Orders received late Saturday and Sunday will be delivered the following Monday.

We will not deliver on Sundays or Public Holidays unless it is for special occasions eg. Mother's Day or father's day.

For deliveries during special occasions, please make your order at least 3 days in advance to ensure timely delivery and availability of stocks

For special delivery on time and date please place request a day before the specified delivery time.

- Quality and Colour
There might be slight colour differences due to different monitor's resolution and the lighting during photo session. We do not guarantee that the apparel shown in picture will have exact resemblance to the actual apparel in terms of colour and fabric, as stressed in our website. Pls refer to the material description before purchase.

- Measurement
Any imperfection or minor stains (be it removable or not), imperfection in color fading, man-made imperfections, buttons are not well-secured are strictly non-exchangeable or non-refundable. We will examine the goods before we send out hence there should not be major defects. Pls do not over estimate the quality of the goods.
