strawberry point, iowa, with my granny in tow. for extra
fun, we take the stairs and order strawberry pie for
dessert even though the coffee cups are heavy. granny
gets the shrimp plate. a good day.

summer of '83. Gosh we were wild. I
still have the cigarette burn to prove
it. She used to help me out when I was
in trouble. Which used to happen a lot
until we attended Oral Roberts U that
spring. We took a community ed class.
