Why must there always be an ironic dichotomy, bringing fortune and misfortune in this seemingly harsh yet hopeful binary world. Is it always the set of 2 distinctions separating one from another? Simply, yes. In a more complicated manner; no.
Ambivalence is what's left in the end. That's the only absolute construction I can embrace in the end. Yes, tenuous at best.

The saddest time of the year for me would have to be the amorphous, indistinguishable lump of days between Christmas and New Years. Call it the weather. Call it the lack of sunshine. or perhaps just the nostalgic memories of love, being loved and loving or lack thereof.. I've never had a holiday season home with my family and friends. I think it's about to change this year.
Summer is the radiance of my year. The sun shining ever so brightly and the zephyr felt on a summer night. so many great memories.
Memories pull me and aspirations drive me. Absolute effervescence.
