- Being athlete since 7 years old for Artistic Gymnastic, my favorite is Vaulting Horse & Floor in National Competition ^^, I also represent my country Indonesia in SEA GAMES & other International Competition.

- Sport Aerobic Athlete for Individual Women. Such Interesting Experience in my life. My favorite Competition : Suzuki World Cup Championship Tokyo Japan --> 13th World Ranking. (EVER AFTER EXPERIENCE)

- Gold's Gym Director & Instructor for Gold's Gym Elite Rasuna --> CRAZY, FUNNY, & MOTIVATE Instructor ^^

I love to DANCE, MUSIC, & SHOP.
It's MY LIFE ^^
Can't live without it.

I can be SPORTY (mostly), can be GIRLY (so.. so... lah), good listener & good motivator.

I love to try & sharing experience with others, to get BETTER for sure.

I wanna people grown together (specially in Indonesia), I wanna share experience about healthy & good living.

Life is CRUEL but Life can be perfect, if we know how to manage it.
