About Me:
What pays the bills: Radiologist (a medical doctor that looks at x-rays, CAT scans, MRI, etc.). Technically, I'm the Vice Chair of the Department of Radiology at Los Alamitos Medical Center, but that's just because no one else wants to be Vice Chair :-).
Where I've been: Grew up in Maryland, went to Harvard for college, Univ. of Maryland for med school, Univ. of Chicago for residency, and back to Harvard (Brigham and Women's Hospital) for a one year fellowship. That's my resume :-).
What I'm like: It's hard to be objective in evaluating
oneself. That's why there are testimonials :-). In
general, I'm East Coast, academic, easy going, witty,
always curious, and I move quickly (but slightly
erratically). I'm a good listener and a good talker, and
I'm cheaper than most therapists :-).
Why I'm the Way I am: I watched a LOT of TV growing up :-). 3rd generation Chinese American

Who I Want to Meet:
I'm very open when it comes to accepting new friends. It's
great fun to have friends and acquaintances from
all different walks of life. But it's hard for me to remember everyone's names and faces :-(. Please bear with that :-(.
What I want in a significant other? Someone that I can respect, someone that I can talk with without getting bored (or getting boring), someone that would give me back the attention I'd be willing to give. There's more specific stuff than that, but that's a story for a different day :-).

Go check out his performance in Cold Tofu. It's a crack up! Ladies, snap him up quick before he makes a choice ok?
for me were hell years (4th-8th grades).
While I tried to evade persecution by
being snotty, Jhemon was 'out' about his
nerdiness. Which in many ways was
quite bold, considering the environment
(and the fact that he wasn't exactly a
linebacker). I hear he bacame a bit of a
celebrity due to his unique blend of
friendly sincerity, open-mindedness,
humility and obvious genius. I can't tell
you how much that pleases me. To this
day I summon memories of Jhemon to
remind myself that 1) you should always
be yourself and celebrate your identity,
and 2) you should never be afraid to let
people see you for who you are,
brilliance, flaws and all, so that others
might benefit from your example. Keep
up the great work, Jhemon!
there to help regardless of what it
is...well I guess whatever seems logical
to him at the time. He's a great story
teller once you get him going, a lot of
interesting stories. He has a unique
sense of humor, a wonderful person to
hang out with. He loves throwing big
parties at his house and it's always a lot
of fun. I'm privileged to have him as a
friend.
thanks for kicking butt again this year.
rice cup, here we come! hope you had
fun friday. :)
NAAAP conventions we've attended, but my
brief talks and encounters with him tell
me he's a "rightous dude". Dammed smart
and easy-going dude as well. It's been
an honor and privlege meeting him. He's
definitely a quality person. Keep being
the way you are and good things will
come to you. Peace and long life.
