ROCKAPAMPANGAN is more than a project. It is an IDEOLOGY - that Kapampangan bands can prove to the world not only their skill, but also their sincere pride in their cultural heritage and language.
ROCKAPAMPANGAN is music made by local bands in our dear Amanung Sisuan, the Kapampangan language. This is in line with our local musicians' aim of music industry-building in the Kapampangan region, thereby actualizing a genuine MULTICULTURAL Republic of the Philippines, for a multicultural country that denies its diversity is nothing but a STATE STILL BOUND IN THE SHACKLES OF COLONIZERS ("one nation, one language" is obsolete; the more mature statement recognized globally is "a gift of tongues for a stronger nation").
