        PURPOSE: i'm organizing a self defence practice class, FREE of charge.
        OBJECTIVE is to have a group of friends to train, to share and have fun.
        TIME is every thursday 8pm.
        TRAINING focus on weapon seft-defence (there will be throwing and take downs) and practicality of technique.

      • In this day and age when sports is such a huge industry, Malaysia is still lacking in terms of personnel who are capable of providing services and products related to movement and game analysis as well as using current video technology.
