IRWAN TAUFIEK
The guitarist and main music arranger of the band. He complements MLV’s music by bringing atmospheric melodies and spacey ambient layers with his guitar and effects. King Crimson, Pink Floyd, Nirvana, Radiohead, and Kashmir are his main musical influences.

WAHYU A. NUGROHO
The main lyricist and guitarist of the band. This post-rock-head is a big fan of P. J. Harvey, Mogwai, Godspeed You! Black Emperor, Arab Strap, and Elizabeth Anka Vajagic. Singing and strumming in repressed aggressiveness, he brings a deeper meaning to the band’s atmospheric music.

GERRID A. BIRAWA
This former bassist turned guitarist is the coolest guy in the band. He is MLV’s guitarist that provides rhythm patterns and random noises in the band’s songs. He is inspired by bands such as Stone Temple Pilots, 311, Muse, and by artists like Bjork, and Sting.

SURYAPUTRA SAROSA
The bassist whose love for the deep low sounds is only matched by his fondness of the upper registers. You can hear him take charge of melody lines from time to time while still maintaining his role as the sole provider of massive bass sounds. His influences are Tool, Nine Inch Nails, Joy Division, The Doors, and Led Zeppelin.

DAVE LEONARD PURBA
The last person to team up with MLV in March 2008 is one hell of a keyboard player. An all round listener and magnificent fingers on keys, he is MLV's long awaited full time keybordist. Influence Mono, sigur ros and Caspian.
