than we actually do, because I've spent so
much time with him in the homeland. Even
though Matt is not from D.C., there is
something very D.C. about him (and I'm not
talking about a love of fugazi). It's
this....consistent posture of resistence toward
institutions of power that radical people in
D.C. all assume out of proximity to said
institutions, but that Matt assumes out of the
sheer intensity of his beliefs. But Matt also
has the humility and the humor that are so
alien to D.C. He does the most hilarious voice
when ridiculing authority figures of all kinds
the same voice for all authority figures and
fuddy-duddiesand it is unbelievably funny.
Dude!! How come my parents get to see you
more than I do?
void in my life without you!
its slowley becoming spring here, wanna go for a
bike ride?
