I'm passionate about what I do - whether it's being a vixen in the kitchen (I LOVE to cook), perfecting the art of napping or living life. I don't think I could ever live in a place that it warm all year round - seasons provide change - physical, mental and spiritual its important. I have a strong spiritual side which is important to me. My close friends will probably say I'm not the average girl. I'm not afraid to get my hands dirty, and I'm always up for a mental challenge. I'm a big nerd (I watch CSPAN2 BookTV - how much nerdier can you get?) and embrace my nerdiness :) - I like to learn & expand my horizons -- I think education and an open mind are the key ingredients to change. I love to read and letting me go into a bookstore is always trouble (I usually walk out with at least one book). I like to knit (scarves are my specialty, although I have broadened my horizons to hats recently) and enjoy the opera (I think I should make me about 85 years old - right?) I might run off an a tangent in the middle of a conversation -- but 9 times out of 10 I'll make it back to the original topic I was talking about. I love to laugh and think humor is a key to surviving the roller coaster of life (being able to laugh at yourself helps too). I like to smile - and make other people smile. I try to take life by the horns most days -- some days it takes me by the horns -- I deal the best I can. I want to do what I love, but Im still trying to figure out what the perfect job would be (something with marketing communications would be a good start). I want to be three years old perpetually, where my only real job is to play nice.... and if only everyone understood the concept of playing nice, what a better world it would be.
