I'm a techno-monk interested in getting a life and meeting new people. I try to be pretty open minded and except others as they are. As for my politics, I'm am some where between middle of the road and liberal. When it comes to religion, I am a Taoist-Lutheran-Agnositic (meaningI have no idea what I am when it comes to religion)

I'm a cat person, but I do like dogs, except the small yappy kind. Cats and computers tend to go together for some reason. I am also interested in the usual geeky stuff: science fiction and cyber punk, 50's Sci-Fi movies, sciences such as astronomy, onceanography, meteorology, and geology and last, but not least retro-computing.

I'm at a point in my life where I am looking back with some regret about not making more friends and I hope to fix that by posting here on friendster. I'm a little uncertain about all of this because of being burned in the past, but I do hope to make some new friends here.

One last thing. I am not at all interested in receiving messages from people that include the URL to where they have loaded up their latest skanky pictures. Please don't waste my time or abuse friendster with such garbage. I just want to make new friends and have a good time.

I am just looking to make new friends, preferably with people who have interests similar to mine, though I am open to meeting anyone who's friendly. It would be nice to meet others in the Seattle area, so we could meet in person and just do something casual, even if it's just meeting someplace to chat, and if you're not in the Seattle area, well we can chat or email each other.
