Growing up in NJ, Mr. Kancherla's background includes being a tenant, landlord, rental agent, property manager, and commercial real estate lender. All of these experiences have allowed him to see the apartment renting process from many different perspectives. And we think this is why our site is so comprehensive and why we are quickly becoming THE apartment rental network for NJ.

The state of NJ is always being made fun of by people from NY state, a lot of times. But there are a lot of awesome beaches (or more well known as Jersey shores) in NJ, now NY can you beat that? NO WAY...but The Hamptons, that's all, right? LOL! Anyway, not here to make fun of anything - but NJ has its own good things - beaches definitely. There are some awesome clubs too - not to mention check out Hoboken and Jersey City (Newport/Pavonia, Exchange Place, Grove Street) and you'll see what NJ has to offer. Also, down south is awesome to a degree too. But sorry, buddy...I still like NY a wee bit better, but beaches I'll vote for NJ!

I love living in the Garden State! My favorite part? After a long night out, eating at a 24-hour diner as the sun is coming up... still partying while we watch the breakfast crowd roll in... only in Jersey baby!
