hArry pottEr sEriEs, wUtevA..i juSt LooooOve bOoks!...i've been reading books ever since the day i learned how! ..i've read a LOT of dem already...dat's y it's getting harder and harder 4 me 2 say w/c one i lyk most! i love sidney sheldon..danielle steele, dan brown..who pa gd? carolyn keene.. anyway, i love books that tell a good love story..one that leaves you a bit, uhm, light-headed..haha..i also love books which you can't put down..you know, a REAL page-turner..a book 3inches thick that you can finish in a day because you can't stop reading it..nan..haha..bsta, i'm always looking for something to read.."why do i love books?" you may ask..well, here's a quote from Edward P. Morgan saying, "A book is the only place in which you can examine a fragile thought without breaking it, or explore an explosive idea without fear it will go off in your face. It is one of the few havens remaining where a man's mind can get both provocation and privacy." hehe..

hmm..let me see..here's some of the movies i've watched and liked: Starwars(all 6 of them), the rock, gone in sixty seconds, pirates of the caribbean, nacho libre, the X-men(all 3), Monsters Inc., Bruce Almighty, the Chronicles of Narnia, the day after tomorrow, war of the worlds, sky high, the incredibles, finding nemo, ice age, Shark Tale, King Kong, Badboys l&ll, 50 1st dates, fast and the furious l&ll, meet the fockers, monster-in-law, bourne identity and supremacy, charlie & the choco' factory(old&new), i-robot, scary movie 3, Superman returns, Hitch, Madagscar, Mr.&Mrs.Smith, chicken little, AVP, Dr. Seuss' The Cat in the Hat, American Pie 2, Ocean's 11 & 12, Over the Hedge, click, little man, monster house, you me and dupree, the devil wears prada, john tucker must die, the breed, the departed, step up, the covenant, happyfeet, ghost rider, the messengers, arthur and the invisibles...

I sat down in front of my laptop with a full sense of purpose. I knew I had delayed enough time already and I was beginning to get confused with all the ideas that have presented themselves to me over time. Ideas of how I can get on the job of writing about myself without sounding self-centered. So I thought I’d better put fingers to keyboard before any more ideas introduced themselves to me.
So there I was, cozy as a cat, on a couch which I had deliberately chosen for my comfort in the certain knowledge that I’d take a while tackling the task.
I ran my fingers gently over the keyboard as I began to think in earnest of what I could possible say about myself devoid of egocentricity. One simply can not escape looking like a self-seeking snob when composing an essay about one’s own self. I realized I was at a loss for words and searched my mind for the eager ideas that have seemed to run away from me now that the moment has come for them to be written in digital ink. It also dawned on me that I had turned my other cheek on them so often that I have simply, involuntarily forgotten them. I figured they were hiding somewhere in my subconscious and have yet to discover how to coax them out of their timidity.
Let me explain why I need the help of ideas. First, it is hard for me to talk about myself unlike other people out there who in fact go a million words per hour just chattering away about themselves without caring if they were boring or annoying the soul out of the people they were talking to. Second, ideas help me put my thoughts into a straight line, which I sometimes have trouble with if I have a lot to say. Third, I simply don’t know where to begin talking about myself.
To not bore you further, I’m Pau. Not Pauline; just Pau. Or Pauie. Take your pick. Mom named me in a pretty random way; no deeper meanings or mushy synonyms to my name. Just Pau. I’m an 18 yr.old who has midnight cravings for cheeseburgers and French fries bathed in ketchup. I love reading all kinds of books; mystery and crime, sci-fi, romance, thrillers, fiction and non-fiction; you name it! I love to read while I eat. I read them in the car (mom disapproves), in the classroom (duh?), and even on the toilet. You have to admit, it gets awfully irksome when your poop is having second thoughts whether to go out into the world or not. I could finish a whole novel, cover to cover, on one sitting if my poop proves troublesome. Hahaha. Enough about poop and books. I love to eat. As I’ve mentioned, cheeseburgers and French fries(MCDO!!!) are my daily diet(in my dreams), aside from milo(everyday) and Pringles(POP!) and I worship Taters’ sour cream ‘n’ chives flavour-coated fries (my tummy just rumbled…I wonder what’s in our fridge…BRB).
Hahahaha. Sorry. Can’t stop myself. Spaghetti, anyone?...hehe…Now, where was I..? Oh yeah..back to more self-declaration. I love the color you’re reading with right now and I’d like to have a car in the same color someday. I haven’t decided what kind of car yet; as long as it effectively transports me from point A to point B.
