It's hunting season once again and the hunters of the coast are off to a good start. Their Prey? The terror of the deep. The king of the waves. The very elusive and tricky ... fish! They come in varying shapes, sizes and colors. They travel in large group known as schools. They swim from the shoreline to the deepest sea in a grand spectacle of acrobatics and terpsichorean grace.
They are certainly not being hunted by the warm-blooded land dwelling predators called man for their colored hides. It is what is under their scaley skin that mystifies humans so. It is their meat. From salmon to milkfish, from clownfish to blowfish, fish makes a hearty meal.
Yet, the most elusive and trickiest of all fish, the tuna, is an endangered species. It is seldom found in blue bays for about a century now. Their new home? Cans.
