I can't teach you personally coz we can't actually meet. What I can suggest is watch more videos in YouTube. Practice your rolling and landing first before you attempt vaults and drops. Please also remember to protect yourself at all times. Ok? Cheers mate.^_^

Yes, kind of but I'm more into the philosophy. Anyway, I just started a few months ago and I'm still practicing. I can only do the basics as of now. I'm still trying to perfect my techniques before I attempt the big ones. It's better safe than sorry. Don't push yourself too hard or else you'll look like a wuss. ^_^
