Sejak dahulu turun temurun,
Berzaman-zaman berkurun2,
Sejarah menukilkan, riwayat menyebutkan,
Perjuangan itu pangkal kejayaan.
Bukankah sesudah hujan lebat,
Segala tumboh2an segar sehat,
Bukankah satelah ayer bah melimpah,
Sekali pantai berubah!
Bila waktu menchapai hujong usaha,
Adakah hasil atau kechewa,
Maka berjuang hebat itulah penutup kata,
Pemutus akhir hina atau mulia.
Bukankah berjuang itu maha dahshat,
Hebat ngeri payah gelisah resah,
Tetapi berjuang juga 'kan jadi hebat,
Bagi Perwira yang berhati tabah.
Kerana itulah disa'at pembangunan ini,
Jiwa semangat kita mesti tahan uji,
Berjuang sajalah lambang kita kini,
Dalam menchapai cita2 suchi.
