About Me:
I am the founder of an international nonprofit organization called the Atlas Service Corps. Atlas Corps reverses the flow of the Peace Corps by bringing citizen sector leaders from the developing world to volunteer in the US. (See http://www.atlascorps.org).
I am also the author of Millennial Manifesto, a book about youth
activism, student service, and generational politics. I'm
all about getting involved and trying to make a difference.
(see: http://www.scottbeale.com )
I recently married to the woman of my dreams. She is a US Diplomat and we met in college and worked together at the US Embassy in New Delhi, India. Her name is Courtney and she has many more friends than her friendster profile would lead you to believe.
I love meeting people and am just trying to make a difference in the world while I am here and have fun while doing it. I like to surround myself with people who inspire me to do more. I like Indian food, Colombian dancing, Delaware beaches and DC bars. I like proving how easy it is to change the world.

Who I Want to Meet:
I think Friendster is a fun way to keep in touch with old friends. I love re-connecting with people that I used to spend lots of time with. I also think it is a fun way to get to know people better.
I want to meet: Activists, other folks from Delaware, NGO leaders in Colombia and India, people who speak Hindi, authors, gtown fanatics, people who don't sleep, Ashoka Fellows, people who can wiggle their ears, people who are so damn funny you wonder how in the hell they ever got so quick, people who know what is means to drink coffee and appreciate life, and folks who can give barnburning speeches and know when to shut the hell up and just listen.
I NOW USE FACEBOOK A LOT MORE THAN FRIENDSTER, PLEASE CONNECT WITH ME THERE.

always working on lots of interesting
cool stuff while most of us lounge on
our couches watching tv. Get to know
him now as someday he'll be in some
prominent position that may include
privileges like wiping out all my old
parking tickets. Thanks in advance,
Scott.
up and keeps it real. Don't mess with
this cat. He takes no prisoners.
like one picture. No matter what the
source, its that same off-center
picture in a blue shirt with the trees
behind him. Its a great picture, don't
get me wrong, but there must be more
out there. Recroping it doesn't count
as a new one. :)
But Scott is great, he cares greatly
about youth activism, and wrote a great
book. I'm sure if you are one of his
friends you own a copy, and have
probably been recruited to resell
it. ;) But everyone should buy one
anyways. Plus he's got a great
fiancee, so that makes him a guy with
it all figured out.
if he sucks at fooseball. He's good
at Flag Football, though, so that
makes up for it.
