Sining Bayan is a socio-cultural group established in Silang, Cavite and serving under the Parish of Nuestra Seora de Candelaria, Silang, Cavite last April 6, 2001, which aims to train the youth in the various forms of art and teaching them to use it in service of the marginalized sector of our society.
