Small Time Only Promotions or STOP is a promotional outfit from the City of Golden Friendship -- Cagayan de Oro -- situated in the southern part of the Philippine Archipelago, that was conceived in November 4, 2008 through the innovative minds of Kokong, Jezrel, Mike, Francis, and Leroy, or better known as the small timers.

The whole idea of the STOP movement is to give music lovers a venue where they can enjoy listening to live acts with a cheap price, and more importantly, without sacrificing the quality of the music involved. They need not shed big bucks anymore to see their favorite top local bands in the flesh.

We also aim to give underground artists a chance to strut their stuff and promote their music through our gatherings. It is only fitting that we work hand in hand with them as we give gig-goers a total entertainment that will surely tickle their musical sensibilities and will leave them wanting for more.

Another important agenda that STOP advocates is to educate the people via music, specifically the youth, to be more socially active and be responsible enough for the nation's well-being. We will safeguard all the rights of every citizen whatever it takes.

The Chinese philosopher Laozi once said: "A journey of a thousand miles starts with a single step," and we at STOP strongly believe that our little steps can go a long way. Small time today, big time tomorrow.
