kind of supervision power. She can see
into your soul. Then she uses that
information to make you laugh and spit
up your drink. Then she'll give you a
boner. (Maybe this is just me.) She's a
menace!

Rock City, which means she must at all
time maintain the stadards of dignity
and decorum of the public of Black
Rock. Which really amounts to drinking
a lot, bedding those she deems worthy,
and inciting debauchery amongst the
