About Me:
(1) I'm in brooklyn now, sto;; shooting for a phd this. if I
get it, you may address me as dr. pepper. (2) my brain is a vat (3) eskimos do not have 57 words for "snow" (4) i'm not into using the word 'shorty' to describe attractive, young female humans. at some point the word meant 'child', and evidence from field studies suggests that the lexical ambiguity still exists. that's effed up, and I shouldn't have to explain why. (5) post-humanism is the new black. post-modernism is the old taupe. neo-conservafacism is the new mauve. (6) the beat box is hip hop in its rawest form. (7) existence precedes essence (with or without emeril and his banal line of prepared foods). (8)The dissolution of boundaries between seemingly orthogonal lines of research into unified theories of natural phenomena is a defining feature of the history of science. Scientific research in the 21st century is, of course, no exception to the rule. (9) http://www.soc.northwestern.edu/gradstudents/tepper/ (10) AIM: taulpepper (Appendix) Yes I know I write a lot. Talk too much or have a lot to say?

Who I Want to Meet:
michael winslow, rahzel & scratch at the same time
a range of different versions of myself from different years - me from grade school, me from high school, me in 10 years, me when I'm old, etc. Then we/I could tell me/us all those things that "if we/I knew then what we/I know now, or then, or in the future, etc...," provided, of course, that our meeting did not result in a rip in the spacetime continuum, which would be bad. (And by "bad" I mean bad like complete protonic reversal bad, not like "awww sit, my bad")

the voice of reason in many different
(shopping) situations, but also he's a
wonderful listener. if i had known he
had actually been taking note of all the
crap i tell him when he's doing more
important things like preparing his next
computational linguistics presentation
for yet another prestigious university,
i would have considered keeping my mouth
shut. this is why ten years from now,
paul will be a tenured professor at
harvard with a billion papers to his
name and i'll be a broke-down
neuroscientist pleading with him for a job.
the strength of two bears
is kool with a capitol K.
Paul's brain is an intangible hegemony
feel his soft-power.
years eve dancin partner...and boy
does he got the moves! come back
to nyc soon... the dance floor is
empty without you!

this guy. i had the greatest time.
we went on hunts for vegan food, we
went on hikes up mountains, we went

glasgow...he's fun, he's smart and he's
sweet. i'm glad i have him for a
friend. i'd come out to chicago just
to see him. oooh and our instant
message convos get me through some of
the toughest days at work. xoxo
complimented him on his jacket. Other
than he has never made a mistake.
try to get me to listen to bad ska in
high school. But I was too hardcore for
that. Plus I'll still take Marilyn
Manson over Skankin' Pickle any day.
