Recently in New York City, I happened upong a woman, seemingly disoriented from drinking her way through her thirties. wearing nothing less than a Wolf Howling at the Moon t-shirt.
"Why, that shirt is wonderful. So full of life!" I said to the lonely woman
She seemed appreciative of this comment. Though an obvious joke on my part, I think my humor was lost on her and her Keds recently purchased at Wal-Mart.

This chance encounter was important as it reminded me that no matter how bleak things may get in life, there will always be trailer trash from Florida's Panhandle to make fun of.
