was gay. How can a straight man dress as nicely
and laugh as cool as Eli? What girl would not be
attracted to a guy who has the sensibilities of a
gay man in a straight man's body?
There's more, I got to see the inside of his fridge:
it's bare, except for fancy cheese wrapped in
white paper, a jar of nutella, and a couple cold
beers. OK, let's recap: he dresses fashionably,
he laughs a lot, he likes good cheese, and he's
straight. This man is perfect.
He's so much more too, there's an esssence to
Eli that lingers with you long after he's gone. It's
in the way he laughs, creates a mood, and sees
an image and captures it on film. He's an artist.
He is human too. He lets his mail pile
high beside his front door, and only opens it on
tax day. Oh yeah, don't let his obsession with TV
shows titled after increments of time fool you.
He's always late, but he's the most dependable
friend you'll ever know.

The other day I was like, "where did I
put my keys?" And I turned around and
Eli was just grinning and giving me the
thumbs up. And I was like, "That
doesn't make any sense Eli!" And he
just laughed and did it AGAIN. If he
wasn't so Goddamn sexy it would be
annoying. But no one can resist the
charm of Eli.

how to make the most of a show. I think we
really started to create a special bond over
90210 and then our relationship really
blossomed with Temptation Island, Survivor
and Blind Date. I was happy to turn him
onto The Surreal Life, I felt like I was really
giving something back. I don't get the Star
Trek thing but I try to overlook it.
