my friends who i never see, diamonds, odd people, gin, GBS, diamonds, opposites, Reiki, vegans, chicken and tacos (separate and together), making fun of the president, socialites and their problems, chainsmoking, date rape scenes set to laugh tracks, hot boys, the farmer's market, diamonds, good movies, good theatre, and good lube.

i've just started reading for pleasure and let me say i am THRILLED at the prospect of higher learning. There was a time when all i read was plays plays plays, but now that's changed. Have you read Donna Tartt's "The Secret History" ? because you should. She's got a crazy way with phraseology that i'm digging - i read her second novel "The Little Friend" as well, which is just as excellent. I love David Sedaris, and Augusten Burroughs, things that make you think, texts that make you believe things you know you shouldn't. And who doesn't LOVE Harry Potter?! i've read all six and cannot believe what that crazy brit has done to these people. it's addictive. i like books again. this is good.

oh my god. I'm obsessive compulsive aboot some things and music is one of them. i listen to certain things over and over until i kill them and move on, or i hear something once, love it, and never hear it again. Depends on my mood i guess, and i'm a pretty moody asshole.

Dolly Parton is taking over my life. Liza Minnelli is going under fast. I have metal in my wrist, so i'm a robot. I tend to not eat, and drink often. My partner Andrew and i bought a house in ITHACA so i guess we're sticking around for another few years. i keep saying i'm going to leave, but i don't ever think i am. Gin. I miss the city terribly, and hope to return soon for good. I'm passionate about things. I also don't move for minutes at a time. I had cable tv for a short time, and became obsessed with Project Runway... AGAIN. I wanted Daniel Vosovic to win, but mostly b/c i love his hair. I had a dream the other night that i was on P Runs, as a model, and i had like 1 minute to get out on the runway, but i didn't like my shoes. it got complicated after that. weird people started showing up. but i had a FABULOUS runway walk. and then i woke up. i'm pretty sure i had a boner.

why can't Hollywood be like that again? why can't Jennifer just say how she REALLY feels about Angelina and the new baby? b/c she should. this is ridiculous. i want to be a star........ who doesn't.
