Founded by boxer, MMA fighter and trainer Randy "Birador" Biron.
I wish you an enjoyable visit.
I consider myself a nice person, but inside the ring I am trying to knock you out.
It may sound barbaric, but it is an amazing feeling to knock someone out. Anyone who has ever boxed will tell you the same.
I have been fortunate that I was coached in my boxing days by the great Renato Legaspi who had a history of helping top Filipino boxers such as the world champions and RP team like Luisito Espinosa, Romeo Brin and more.
He taught me exactly what my approach to working with my fighters. Firstly, dont try to change a fighters natural style but take the weak spots and try to improve on them.
Pound for pound, Bryan Lim is probably one of my strongest Welters you have ever seen. He's knockout blow packs more explosive energy than an armour-piercing bullet and represents as much energy as would be required to spot lift 1000 pounds one foot off the ground. And he's got tremendous endurance. He can fight twelve rounds at a high level, and continue to punch like the hardest puncher.
But the whole nature of the way we train is to destroy the opponent. We train to be ballistic; we train to hit and hit hard; we train for endurance, quickness, strength, speed, and he has all the attributes that it takes to be a great fighter.
But the whole approach is to enter the ring and eliminate that opponent as quickly and directly as possible. Here's the bottom line.
You can have the most perfect punching technique in the world, but if there isn't any power to back it up, it isn't worth a damn!
Why waltz 10 rounds with an opponent if you can KO him in one?
I hope to share the knowledge that I have learned inside the classroom and ring to advance the sport of boxing to where it should be.
I live for this shit!

Who I Want to Meet:
I want to meet all those who want to join my club.
But I'll tell you, Boxing is a difficult sport.
It takes years to learn the sweet science.
The training is difficult and intense.
You do not "play" boxing as you play other sports.
This is an individual sport.
There are no teammates that you can pass the ball to.
When you enter the ring, you are alone.
I have a slogan that describes boxing which reads,
"No teammates, no timeouts, no where to hide."
In this sport, you must be prepared to fight!
You risk your health and wellbeing.
Athletes from other sports do not put their life on the line when they compete.
This is a sport where it is kill or be killed.
If you have any questions or comments, I'd like to hear from you. Contact me at 0928-2971869. I'm looking forward to interacting with you.
Remember, keep your hands up and come out smoking!

Doing some light sparring with my 3-month-experience-boxer, Michael (135 lbs.) for him to realize what actually works and what is useless.
Shadow boxing is use to practice boxing basics, such as your stance, movement and punching techniques. You can do this to a mirror to observe yourself, using your reflection as an opponent. You can do this to learn basics, and then when you understand the punching and movement skills, you can shadow box for 1 or 2 minutes, moving around the floor, fighting against and imaginary opponent to work combinations and some fitness. It is always best to have a coach or trainer watch you to make sure your stance, movement, balance etc is correct.
